"Kajsa is amazing with dogs and understands them perfectly. Her instructions are clear and practical and if you are not confident with anything she suggests she will find an alternative way of dealing with situations and making sure you are happy with everything before she leaves. Everyone who has a puppy needs lessons with Kajsa! Within half an hour of Kajsa arriving at our house she had our untrained puppy under control. She was calm and confident in everything she did which helped us in turn to feel confident with Oscar. We phoned her when we were unsure of what to do and she gave us advice.
